 | HOW DOES IT WORK? |
LeafGuard gutter design is based on the principle of liquid adhesion. Water molecules
cling to each other and the surface on which they rest such as the unique LeafGuard hood.
Rainwater is drawn down and around the underside of the LeafGuard hood where the
accumulated water weight, caused by gravity, forces the water to fall off into the gutter.
LeafGuard has tested successfully in laboratory-simulated conditions to handle rainfall of
21" per hour-well above world records for rainfall. |

|
 | CAN LEAFGUARD HANDLE HEAVY RAINFALL? |
Yes! The curled hood-end adds centrifugal speed to rainfall, propelling it rapidly into
the gutter. Laboratory testing has proven LeafGuard gutters to perform well even when
subjected to a simulated torrential downpour of 21 inches of rain per hour, which by far
exceeds the maximum rainfall expectancy in our area of less than 1/2 inch per hour. |
 | WHAT ABOUT SNOW AND ICE? |
Snow slides easily off the high-gloss hood, which also prevents damaging ice build-up,
a common occurence with open gutters. |
Replace the old with the new and enjoy the revolutionary,
maintenance-free benefits of the most efficient gutter system available anywhere,
featuring one-piece seamless construction and patented protective hood.
